2. Who This Service Is For — Age Requirement
Simple Quant Signals is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and older. Trading foreign exchange and CFDs involves substantial financial risk and is not appropriate for minors.

We do not knowingly permit anyone under the age of 18 to create an account or purchase a subscription.

7. Cookies and Local Storage
Our member dashboard uses browser local storage (not cookies) to keep you logged in during your session. We use Umami Analytics, a privacy-first, cookieless analytics tool, to understand how visitors interact with our website. Umami collects no personally identifiable information and sets no cookies. No data is shared with third parties.
When you visit simplequantsignals.com, your browser may store standard technical data (such as session identifiers) necessary for the site to function. We do not use this data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
