By accessing simplequantsignals.com or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Simple Quant Signals. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to terminate any account found to belong to a minor.
3. What SQS Provides
Simple Quant Signals provides algorithmic FX trading signal information based on quantitative backtesting and live bot performance. We provide:
- Trading signal information via a private member dashboard
- Performance data and statistical reporting
- Access to the SQS Discord community, including a members-only channel
We do not provide:
- Investment advice or financial planning services
- Brokerage services or account management
- Any guarantee of trading profits
4. Risk Disclosure — Read This Carefully
Trading foreign exchange and CFDs involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance — including backtested performance — does not guarantee future results. The 29-month backtest results displayed on our website are based on MT5 real tick historical simulation and represent backtested performance, not live trading results.
You may lose some or all of the capital you trade with. Only trade with money you can afford to lose. Simple Quant Signals is not responsible for any trading losses you incur from using our signals.
5. Not Financial Advice
Simple Quant Signals is an informational signal service only. Nothing on this website or in our communications constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument. Consult a licensed financial advisor before making trading decisions.
6. Prop Firm Disclaimer
Simple Quant Signals is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with FTMO, The5ers, FundedNext, Apex Trader Funding, MyFundedFX, or any other proprietary trading firm. Rules regarding the use of automated signals and EAs vary by firm. You are solely responsible for verifying that your use of SQS signals complies with the terms of your prop firm agreement.
7. Subscriptions and Billing
- Founding member rate: $149/month, available for a limited time only and never to return once the offer closes. This rate is locked in permanently as long as the subscription remains active.
- Standard rate: $297/month, applies to all subscribers after the founding period ends.
- Billing is monthly, processed by Stripe.
- Founding member rate is forfeited upon cancellation — resubscription occurs at the rate in effect at the time of return.
- 7-day money-back guarantee on your first payment, no questions asked.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your member dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. If a refund is issued under the 7-day money-back guarantee, account access terminates immediately upon issuance of the refund. We do not offer prorated refunds beyond the 7-day guarantee period.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on simplequantsignals.com — including signal data, performance reports, written content, and the dashboard interface — is the property of Simple Quant Signals. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any content from the service without written permission.
10. Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Share your account credentials or dashboard access with others
- Resell or redistribute signals received through your subscription
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the dashboard or website
- Harass other members in the Discord community
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simple Quant Signals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or any trading decisions made based on our signals.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Virginia.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers by email.
